I feel self-conscious wearing a camelbak (overkill?) and don't get enough fluids just carrying a fanny pack with a water bottle. What's the best way to stay hydrated out on the dusty trail? I've avoided them because I'm thinking they'll be a cleaning nightmare, but all in all they are a good system.
