No, you certainly don't need a sweetheart to do this ride. But it's a "sweetheart" of a route. On Sunday, there will be rides of 27, 50, 64, and 100 miles. The longer rides start at 8:30 AM, from Suwannee Bicycle Association Headquarters in White Springs, FL. The 27 mile ride will start at 9:30am.
$15 fee (if postmarked by Friday, January 30) includes; breakfast on Sunday, after ride dinner, maps, and marked route. Late registrants will have to pay $5 more, if they want the dinner. T-shirts are extra and you must pre-register and order the t-shirt before January 30. Long sleeved shirts are $14 ...short sleeved $10.
At 10:00 AM on Saturday, there will be 35 and 50 mile rides. Registration for Saturday only is $5. You can register at SBA Headquarters when you arrive. Headquarters will be open Sunday morning, at 7:00am, for registration or check in and a continental breakfast. The breakfast will include coffee, juice, fruit, oatmeal, grits, etc. A post-ride buffet dinner will also be served at SBA HQ. Glen Morey will be there all weekend offering massages for a reasonable fee.
