Which of these activities do
you like best? If you are into running or biking, you should choose one of
those. If you are not into running or biking, then sign up for walking. The
average person walks at least 3 miles a day. We’ll have you record at least
that many miles, and then show you how to easily increase your activity. You
can certainly sign up for more than one as well J

pitted two “pretend” companies against each other in a challenge that we are
calling “The Great Fruit Challenge”. You need to join either “The Apple Company” or “The Orange Company”. You can choose either one,
